Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this nocturnal shot, the long exposure time of 6 seconds ensures sufficient light capture, while the aperture of f/9 provides a balanced depth of field and clear rendering of the light sources.
- Use a low camera angle to incorporate reflections in puddles as a compositional element in the foreground.
- Choose a longer exposure time in low-light conditions to optimally capture the intensity of the artificial lighting.
- Use a smaller aperture like f/9 to ensure that both the close-up reflections and the trees in the background are rendered in focus.
