Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this dimly lit subject, a focal length of 12 mm was used to capture the architecture in its entirety. The aperture of f/4 and shutter speed of 1/13 s at an ISO of 5000 ensure sufficient exposure in the dark environment.
- Use a wide-angle focal length to capture the entire depth of the church nave.
- Choose a wide aperture to allow as much light as possible in challenging lighting conditions.
- Adjust the ISO value to achieve a bright result despite the short shutter speed.
