Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this night shot, the shutter speed of 1/30 s combined with an aperture of f/4 and ISO 500 ensures sufficient brightness to capture the light installations and the surroundings in low light. The chosen focal length of 12 mm provides a wide overview of the entire square.
- Use a wide-angle lens for a broad overview of illuminated squares.
- Choose a wide aperture to capture enough light in challenging lighting conditions.
- Pay attention to the balance between shutter speed and ISO value when shooting light installations to keep image noise low.
