Photography tips
How this image was taken
Using an aperture of f/20 allows for a deep depth of field, keeping both the flowers in the foreground and the gable roof in focus. The shutter speed of 1/60 s at ISO 2000 ensures sufficient exposure for the details hidden beneath the shaded wooden beams.
- Use a small aperture to keep both foreground and background in focus.
- Choose a perspective that allows the flowers to naturally frame your subject.
- Adjust your ISO setting to ensure enough light is captured when working with a small aperture.
