Photography tips
How this image was taken
In this shot, the combination of an aperture of f/8 and a long exposure of 2 seconds ensures sufficient depth of field and precise exposure at night. The 12 mm focal length captures the wide view along the railing, while the ISO setting of 640 provides a balance between light sensitivity and image quality.
- Use a long shutter speed to capture the night lighting and details of the illuminated buildings.
- Choose a narrow aperture like f/8 to make street lamps appear as stars and achieve deep focus.
- Use a nearby object in the foreground to create spatial depth along the bridge.
- Use a wide-angle lens to include both the town hall and the surroundings in one frame.
