Photography tips
How this image was taken
Using a 15 mm focal length and an aperture of f/5.6 creates a deep depth of field, keeping the poppies in the foreground sharp while retaining detail in the KKL building. ISO 100 ensures high image quality without digital noise in these bright lighting conditions.
- Use a wide-angle lens to capture both the flowers in the foreground and the KKL building in the background in a single frame.
- Choose a low camera angle right at the level of the blooms to make the poppies the focal point of the composition.
- Use a fast shutter speed to ensure the flowers remain sharp even if there is a slight breeze.
