Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this shot taken from a boat, the short shutter speed of 1/1000 s and the aperture of f/4 ensure a sharp image despite the movement of the platform. The focal length of 12 mm allowed capturing the entire wide scene of the lake and mountains.
- Use a short shutter speed when shooting from a boat to avoid motion blur caused by the waves.
- Utilize an ultra-wide-angle lens to emphasize the vast dimensions of the mountains and the lake.
- Pay attention to an engaging foreground, such as the edge of the boat, to add depth to your landscape photography.
