Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this shot, the fast shutter speed of 1/1250 s combined with an aperture of f/6.3 ensures sharp imagery of the cityscape in bright daylight. The 15 mm focal length provides a wide perspective, capturing both the urban layout and the alpine panorama.
- Use a wide-angle focal length to capture the full scale of the city and the surrounding mountains in a single frame.
- Select a narrow aperture to achieve deep focus, ensuring that everything from the nearby rooftops to the distant peaks remains sharp.
- Maintain a fast shutter speed to achieve precise exposure without overexposure, even in bright, clear conditions.
