Photography tips
How this image was taken
In this bright daylight, an aperture of f/18 was chosen to achieve deep focus, while the shutter speed of 1/320 s reliably freezes the movement of the alphorn players.
- Use a small aperture like f/18 to keep both the musicians in the foreground and the distinctive rock face in the background in sharp focus.
- Select a shutter speed of at least 1/320 s to ensure a clear depiction of the subjects without motion blur.
- Adjust the ISO setting to match the bright ambient light to ensure proper exposure at your chosen aperture.
