Photography tips
How this image was taken
This shot was taken with a 15 mm focal length and a short shutter speed of 1/4000 s to ensure precise exposure despite bright conditions and an ISO setting of 500.
- Use a wide-angle lens to capture the hotel in its impressive setting of rocks and clouds.
- Select an aperture of f/5.6 to keep the details of the rock structures sharp.
- Focus on the composition by using the sea of clouds as a quiet area to contrast with the distinctive architecture of the building.
