Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this shot, the short shutter speed of 1/500 s ensures a sharp image without motion blur, while the aperture of f/7.1 provides sufficient depth of field across the entire mountain range. The low ISO of 100 ensures clean image quality without distracting noise.
- Use a wide-angle focal length such as 22 mm to capture both the hotel and the surrounding rocky landscape in a single frame.
- Maintain a fast shutter speed to consistently avoid motion blur when shooting from the air or in uneven terrain.
- Select a moderate aperture to ensure that both the building and the prominent peaks in the background are captured in detail.
