Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this sunset shot, the aperture of f/10 ensures deep focus, while the shutter speed of 1/80 s and ISO 400 provide balanced exposure in fading light. The focal length of 15 mm allows for a wide perspective that captures the summit panorama comprehensively.
- Use a narrow aperture like f/10 to keep both the foreground and the expansive mountain landscape in focus.
- Employ a wide-angle lens around 15 mm to highlight the vast scale of the Central Switzerland region.
- Pay attention to your ISO settings during sunset to maintain sharp images at moderate shutter speeds like 1/80 s.
