Photography tips
How this image was taken
With a shutter speed of 25 seconds, you capture the movement of the passing ship as a light trail, while the narrow aperture of f/22 ensures a deep depth of field. The ISO of 400 allows for sufficient light sensitivity during twilight for this long exposure.
- Use a long shutter speed to make movement, such as the ship's light trail, visible in your image.
- Select a small aperture to achieve deep depth of field from the lake to the mountain.
- Use a wide-angle focal length of 22 mm to capture the expansive scenery of both the city and the mountain.
