Photography tips
How this image was taken
Using an aperture of f/8 and ISO 100 ensures high image quality and deep depth of field in daylight. The shutter speed of 1/500 s freezes cloud movement and prevents blur when shooting with a 15 mm wide-angle lens.
- Use a wide-angle lens to fully capture the vast scale of the mountain landscape and the lake.
- Select a mid-range aperture like f/8 to achieve sharpness from the trees in the foreground to Mount Pilatus in the background.
- Pay attention to the placement of cloud formations in your composition to emphasize the spatial depth of the panorama.
