Photography tips
How this image was taken
To capture this dynamic in the old town, a shutter speed of one second creates deliberate motion blur for the vehicle, while an aperture of f/8 ensures good depth of field throughout the scene.
- Use a longer shutter speed to purposefully incorporate movement in busy scenes as a creative element.
- Choose a medium aperture like f/8 to keep the environment sharp as light levels drop.
- Pay attention to your composition to ensure that steady elements like the architecture remain clear despite the blur of the moving subject.
