Photography tips
How this image was taken
A shutter speed of 4 seconds was used to capture the fireworks and the reflections on the Reuss river, while the aperture of f/8 provides sufficient depth of field.
- Choose a longer shutter speed so that the light from the fireworks and the illumination reflects clearly on the water.
- Use a 15 mm focal length to capture the entire scene, including the Chapel Bridge, within the frame.
- Select an ISO of 500 to find a balance between light sensitivity and image quality at night.
